CareFlag is still offering six months free access for founding pilot applicants. These are the standard monthly prices for paid rollout, with Core priced by active carers and three optional bolt-on modules.
Only three optional modules
CareFlag offers Clinical Care, In Touch and Connect as bolt-on modules. No other module packs are part of the public CareFlag pricing structure.
Pilot and contract terms
Founding pilot applicants can receive six months free access, then move to a 12-month paid contract followed by monthly rolling terms. Later customers start with a 12-month paid contract, then monthly rolling.
Core platform
Core is priced by active carers, in flat monthly bands. An active carer is a care worker with at least one shift, visit, check-in/out, task, note or login that month.

Terms and setup
CareFlag keeps contract terms clear. Paying monthly is an invoicing choice; it does not shorten the initial paid term.

Setup
Community setup is free. Neighbourhood and Branch setup is £395. Bespoke implementation for 31+ carers is POA.
Annual billing
Pay monthly, or save with annual billing.
Price lock
Price locked for 12 months; after that any annual change is capped at the lower of CPI + 3% or 7%, with 60 days' notice.
Admin and branding
No separate charge for ordinary admin or office users, and no separate charge for provider branding.
Charities and CICs
Charity, CIC and funded cohort affordability routes are agreed case by case without changing the public tariff.
